  1. To ensure the rights of both parties, please record the entire unpacking process. After unpacking, check that the product is correct before assembling. Please check whether the product appearance is normal after receiving it. Once assembled, it is deemed that the product is correct and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please confirm that the product is correct and the appearance is acceptable before assembling it to avoid affecting your rights.
  2. You will enjoy the rights of the cooling-off period when the goods arrive (note! The cooling-off period is not the trial period). Please keep the cartons and packaging materials used in the cooling-off period. When returning or exchanging goods, you must restore the goods to the packaging materials for logistics retrieval. If the carton is damaged and lost and cannot be used, a packaging material protection fee of 1,300 yuan will be charged for the return or exchange.
  3. Solid wood products are unique because of their natural wood grain. Logs are "non-homogeneous natural materials" and their grain, color and wood combs will not be exactly the same.
  4. Pits are a natural condition of solid wood, but we will still help consumers control the pits on the tabletop to within two places, and the pits will not be larger than 5mm.
Assembly fee description

Personal installation: Due to the heavy weight of the solid wood and the table legs, it is recommended that two people assemble together

  • No lifts are available for transport above the sixth floor (inclusive)
  • You need to cooperate with the assembly at your home, please do not ask the management office to collect it on your behalf
  • Table delivery is only available on Taiwan Island, please understand.
Delivery time

It takes about 7-14 working days to arrange shipment and installation after placing an order.

If you have any concerns about the time, please let us know and we will adjust it accordingly.

If delivery cannot be made as agreed due to force majeure factors such as weather, a dedicated person will inform you in advance and reschedule the time. The company reserves the right to modify the delivery and installation service time.
